What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead next-generation telecom R&D where I can combine quantum algorithms and AI-driven error mitigation with real network strategy—translating complex research into measurable PoCs and working closely with cross-functional teams.

I’m a highly analytical R&D leader with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from KAIST and an LG MBA (2024). For over 5 years at LG Uplus, I’ve led end-to-end 5G/6G technology projects—from conceptual design to proof-of-concept (PoC)—and translated deep research into practical network innovations.

I specialize in optimizing satellite networks using Quantum Computing, developing novel algorithms for dynamic routing and resource allocation in LEO (Low Earth Orbit) constellations. I also apply my Ph.D. work in “Quantum Error Mitigation with Artificial Neural Network” to improve performance and reliability of quantum-based optimization solutions, while aligning R&D roadmaps with corporate objectives through my MBA training.
