Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead and enhance our rehabilitation services. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive rehabilitation programs that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your strategic vision and leadership will ensure our programs are effective, evidence-based, and aligned with our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals in need of rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs tailored to client needs, ensuring best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, medical professionals, and support staff, to deliver integrated and holistic care.
- Monitor program outcomes and client progress, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and healthcare providers to promote program visibility and accessibility.
- Lead training and professional development initiatives for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and funding opportunities, ensuring financial sustainability and optimal use of resources.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in rehabilitation program management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation practices, regulatory requirements, and best evidence-based approaches.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and a strong commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in service delivery.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies for program evaluation.
- Certification in rehabilitation counseling or a related professional credential.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and rehabilitation management software.
- Strong analytical skills for program evaluation and data reporting.
- Understanding of telehealth technologies and their application in rehabilitation services.
