Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead our innovative program focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing mental health challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing psychosocial rehabilitation strategies while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee psychosocial rehabilitation programs that meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing supervision, training, and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and progress, tailoring interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community integration.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in psychosocial rehabilitation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mental health services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation principles and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective programs.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency principles.
- Familiarity with community resources and healthcare systems.
- Certification in psychosocial rehabilitation or related credentials.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Experience with outcome measurement tools and evaluation methodologies.
