Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our innovative rehabilitation programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and improving quality of care. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your extensive experience in rehabilitation services to drive program development, establish best practices, and foster a culture of excellence across interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation service strategies that align with our organizational goals and patient needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of rehabilitation professionals to ensure high standards of care and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Oversee the assessment and evaluation of rehabilitation programs, utilizing data analytics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring seamless integration of rehabilitation services within the care continuum.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff competencies and facilitate professional development.
- Champion patient-centered care initiatives, advocating for the needs and preferences of patients and their families.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in rehabilitation services, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and best practices in rehabilitation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
Preferred:
- Doctorate degree in a related field.
- Experience in telehealth and digital rehabilitation solutions.
- Active involvement in professional associations related to rehabilitation services.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and rehabilitation management software.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to evaluate program success and optimize service delivery.
