Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vocational Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead our efforts in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or a similar field, with a proven track record in program management.
- Strong understanding of disability services, labor market trends, and employment best practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or similar credential.
