Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vascular Laboratory Manager to lead our vascular laboratory operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as vascular technology, medical technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a vascular laboratory setting
- Strong understanding of vascular imaging techniques and diagnostic procedures
- Proven leadership and managerial experience in a clinical environment
- Current certification in vascular technology (e.g., RVT, RVS) or equivalent
Preferred:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- Experience with regulatory compliance and laboratory accreditation processes
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and data management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in vascular imaging modalities, including ultrasound and Doppler technology
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and laboratory information systems
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and clinical best practices
