Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cardiovascular Technologist Manager to lead our dynamic team of cardiovascular technologists in a fully remote setting. In this strategic role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality cardiovascular diagnostic services, ensuring compliance with clinical standards while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cardiovascular technologists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Oversee the daily operations of cardiovascular services, ensuring adherence to best practices, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage quality assurance programs to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, conducting training sessions to elevate team competencies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decision-making and improve service offerings.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cardiovascular technology with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) or equivalent.
- Experience in remote team management and telehealth services.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in cardiovascular imaging modalities, including echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and cardiac catheterization.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and health information technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
