Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Manager of Cardiovascular Interventional Technology to lead our team in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on innovation and excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of cardiovascular interventional technology initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and patient care standards.
- Manage a team of clinical and technical staff, providing mentorship and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cardiologists, nurses, and biomedical engineers to enhance procedural workflows and technology integration.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of interventional procedures and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in cardiovascular technology applications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new technologies, procedures, and best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related technical discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in cardiovascular technology or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular interventional procedures, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Certification in cardiovascular technology (e.g., RCIS, RCVT) or equivalent.
- Experience with data analysis and performance improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in cardiovascular imaging technologies, including fluoroscopy, intravascular ultrasound, and optical coherence tomography.
- Proficiency in project management software and healthcare technology platforms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data to inform technology selection and utilization.
