Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering, including leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transportation projects with a focus on sustainable practices.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning and engineering principles, methodologies, and software tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced traffic management systems and smart city initiatives.

- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and secure project approvals.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
