Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or educational roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training tools
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate training or adult education
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
- Basic understanding of assessment and evaluation methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with video conferencing and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating learning content is a plus
