Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with industry experts to keep training content relevant and up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative learning within the organization
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing successful training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficient in developing training materials using modern tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably managing a training team
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Technical background in software development, engineering, or IT systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure training effectiveness
- Familiarity with programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies is a plus
