Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related area.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Certifications in Instructional Design or Training & Development.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality training material.
