Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Timekeeping Supervisor to lead our timekeeping team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HR and Payroll departments to resolve any timekeeping-related issues
- Prepare and present reports on timekeeping metrics and trends to senior management
- Conduct regular audits of timekeeping records and implement corrective actions as needed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a related field
- Proven experience managing a team and driving process improvements
- Strong understanding of labor laws and timekeeping regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with payroll software and timekeeping systems
- Certification in payroll or timekeeping management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in payroll software and timekeeping systems, such as ADP, Kronos, or similar
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance standards
