Role Overview

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs that align with organizational objectives
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- Certification in instructional design or training development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
- Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance metrics
