Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary VP of Talent Management to lead and innovate our talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or related fields, with a proven record of success in senior leadership roles

- Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and managing large-scale talent initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the technology or services sector
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and talent management software
- Experience with data analytics tools to drive talent insights and reporting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms
