Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within the tech or startup sector.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and methodologies.
- Certification in HR or recruiting, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
