Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and recruitment presentations
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify process improvements and enhance candidate experience
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote [$COMPANY_NAME]'s employer brand
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate recruitment environment
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience with Google Workspace and recruitment software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Experience with scheduling tools and platforms (e.g., Calendly, Zoom)
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and data management best practices
