Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts and enhancing our candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate the hiring process and ensure a seamless experience from application to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist in creating and refining job descriptions, ensuring alignment with company branding and tone.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating logistics for new hires.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Participate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs and social media outreach, to attract top talent.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources support, with a focus on recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networking platforms for recruitment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR).
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
