Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and HR analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Understanding of HR compliance and labor laws related to recruitment.
