Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the candidate experience and supporting our recruitment efforts by coordinating various talent acquisition activities. You'll be integral in ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient, organized, and welcoming for all candidates.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidate information is updated accurately and promptly
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of job postings across various platforms to attract diverse talent
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training materials are prepared
- Facilitate communication between HR and hiring managers to address any recruitment needs or process improvements
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes and enhancing the candidate experience
