Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and assist in the development of training materials for new team members.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly, specifically with synchronous motors or similar electromechanical devices.
- Proven track record of leading assembly teams and optimizing production processes.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and assembly techniques.
- Experience with quality control methodologies and tools.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in synchronous motor design and assembly techniques.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in motor assembly, including multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of CAD software for interpreting designs and schematics.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.
