Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control principles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in the use of assembly tools and equipment, including safety protocols.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software to track production metrics.
