Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor of Electric Motor Controls Assembly to lead our dynamic team in the manufacturing of cutting-edge electric motor control systems. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in electric motor controls assembly or related manufacturing environment.
- Proven supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components, assembly techniques, and testing procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience with CAD software for design interpretation and modification.
