Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven track record of managing complex structural projects from concept through completion
- Strong knowledge of structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) and analysis methodologies
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
- Experience with seismic design and retrofitting
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in structural analysis and design principles for various materials including steel, concrete, and timber
- Proficiency in building information modeling (BIM) and related software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Experience with project management software and tools
