Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Structural Engineering to lead our structural engineering division at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale structural projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RISA) and design codes (e.g., AISC, ACI).
Preferred:
- Experience in the design and analysis of complex structures in various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Extensive knowledge of structural design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software tools.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced engineering technologies.
