Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in structural architecture with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Professional license (e.g., Architect or Structural Engineer) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit).
Preferred:
- Experience with green building practices and sustainable design certifications (e.g., LEED).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experience in managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in structural design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.
- Advanced skills in structural analysis tools, including finite element analysis (FEA) software.
- Comprehensive understanding of materials science and their applications in structural design.
