We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles, as well as relevant building codes and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced modeling software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
- Experience in a variety of building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in structural engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications.
