Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic design team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Participate in project team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and design strategies
- Support the development of construction documents and specifications under the guidance of senior staff
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create accurate drawings and visualizations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and sustainable design practices
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively through sketches and presentations
Preferred:
- Internship or co-op experience in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications
