Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Stress Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of stress analysis principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with FEA software such as ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Internship or co-op experience in a relevant engineering role
- Knowledge of materials science and mechanical properties
- Experience with CAD software for creating and modifying designs
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using FEA software tools
- Basic knowledge of CAD software
- Understanding of engineering materials and their behavior under stress
