Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Library Science or Information Studies (MLS/MLIS).

- Familiarity with data analysis and usage statistics to inform decision-making.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in integrated library systems (e.g., Ex Libris, OCLC, Koha).
- Experience with digital asset management and electronic resource management.
- Strong understanding of metadata standards (e.g., MARC, Dublin Core) and library cataloging practices.
