- Provide technical support and training to library staff and users on various technologies and systems, fostering a culture of digital literacy.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in library technical services or a similar role, with a strong understanding of library technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
Preferred:
- Experience with integrated library systems such as Ex Libris Alma or OCLC WorldShare.
- Knowledge of metadata standards and practices, including MARC, Dublin Core, and linked data.
