Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to lead our agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams within [$COMPANY_NAME]. This role will require you to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement agile practices that enable the organization to deliver value more effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies and practices across the enterprise, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of different teams
- Conduct assessments of current agile maturity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance the agile capabilities of teams and leadership
- Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, practices, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Drive the establishment of metrics to measure agile adoption and effectiveness, using data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Lead the facilitation of key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in an agile coaching role within an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, as well as experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Proven track record of leading successful agile transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC))
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology or product development organization
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and their integration with agile methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and integration with agile practices
- Understanding of metrics and reporting tools to track agile performance

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
