Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in facilitation, training, or related fields, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of group dynamics and experience managing diverse participant groups
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants
- Experience with remote facilitation tools and techniques
Preferred:
- Certification in facilitation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, etc.)
- Experience in organizational development or change management
- Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation frameworks
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, MURAL)
- Strong ability to leverage data analytics for measuring session effectiveness
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
