Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAFE Agile Coach to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this pivotal role, you will drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization, empowering teams to enhance delivery efficiency and maximize value through effective practices. Your expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and scaling of SAFe across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Agile principles, SAFe methodologies, and best practices
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to enhance their Agile competencies
- Collaborate with leadership to establish Agile governance frameworks that promote transparency and accountability
- Assess and refine current Agile practices, providing actionable insights to drive improvement
- Measure the effectiveness of Agile transformations and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, with a strong focus on SAFe methodologies
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations in complex environments
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in a large-scale technology organization
- Proficient in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
- Experience in software development and project management
