Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAFE Agile Practitioner to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple teams, ensuring that agile principles and practices are fully integrated into our project delivery processes. Responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of the SAFe framework, guiding teams through the transition to agile methodologies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on agile principles, practices, and tools
- Support teams in the execution of their agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with agile adoption and implementation
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in an agile coaching or practitioner role, with a focus on SAFe methodologies
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent
- Proven experience leading teams through agile transformations
- Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within an agile environment
- Familiarity with Lean and DevOps practices
- Certification in additional agile methodologies (e.g., ScrumMaster, Product Owner)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and process improvements
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and practices
