Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or agile coaching
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience implementing them in a portfolio context
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to track portfolio performance
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product management principles
