Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join the transformation team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to enhance their capabilities and understanding of Agile principles.
- Conduct assessments of team maturity and performance, providing actionable feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement Agile strategies that drive business value and improve delivery efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback loops, and reflection.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to enhance Agile knowledge and practices throughout the organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with a proven track record of coaching teams through Agile transformations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to tailor approaches to fit team needs.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.
- Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) in large organizations.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) to facilitate team collaboration and transparency.
- Ability to analyze metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
