Role Overview
We are seeking an Agile Practice Lead to champion agile methodologies across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive the adoption of agile practices, coach teams on agile principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products and achieving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and evolution of agile processes across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Coach and mentor teams on agile best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to enhance team collaboration and communication
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and shared understanding
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation within teams
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in agile coaching, leading agile transformations, or working in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks, principles, and practices
- Proven track record of successfully guiding teams through agile transformations and delivering high-quality results
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Coach, SAFe Agilist)
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or in a product-focused organization
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of agile project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Ability to analyze and improve team workflows using data-driven insights
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
