Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and compassionate Director of School Counseling to lead our counseling program and support the holistic development of our students. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team while fostering inclusivity
Preferred:
- Certification as a School Counselor (e.g., NCC, LPC, or equivalent)
- Experience in a leadership role within a school or educational setting
- Proven track record of implementing effective programs that promote student well-being
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool, Infinite Campus) and counseling management software
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to track student progress and program effectiveness
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health resources
