Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in safety management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in safety leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) and experience implementing compliance programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive safety performance improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive cultural change within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience in high-risk industries such as manufacturing, construction, or transportation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing safety budgets.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
