Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective strategies
Preferred:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification
- Experience leading safety initiatives in a multi-site organization
- Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of safety management systems and compliance frameworks
- Experience with incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis techniques
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and safety management software
