Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic engineering team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in refrigeration engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles as they apply to refrigeration systems.
- Proven experience managing teams and engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with energy-efficient refrigeration technologies and sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ASHRAE, EPA) related to refrigeration systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for system design and modeling.
- Experience with simulation tools for thermodynamic analysis and system optimization.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems relevant to refrigeration.
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration system components, including compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
