Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Supervisor to lead our refrigeration maintenance and operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in refrigeration systems maintenance and operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, practices, and equipment.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and regulations governing refrigeration systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex refrigeration issues.
Preferred:
- Certification in refrigeration (e.g., EPA Section 608 Certification).
- Experience with energy-efficient refrigeration technologies and practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for refrigeration systems.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with refrigeration processes.
