- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a pipeline of diverse candidates

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of employment branding and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex recruitment projects
Preferred:

- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure and improve recruitment performance
- Familiarity with digital recruitment strategies, including social media recruiting and employer branding techniques
