Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress
- Prepare and send offer letters, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to promote [$COMPANY_NAME]'s culture and values
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with a passion for talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment, such as a startup
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed
- Experience with ATS systems to track candidate applications and progress
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and report on hiring trends
