Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Director of Recreational Activities to lead our dynamic team in enhancing the recreational offerings for our community. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in recreational programming, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of community engagement principles and best practices in recreational programming.
- Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working within a non-profit or community-focused organization.
- Certification in recreational management or related fields (e.g., CPRP, CTRS).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to evaluate program outcomes and community needs.
- Familiarity with recreational management software for scheduling and reporting.
- Strong digital communication skills for effective community outreach and engagement.
