Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Activities Director to lead and enhance our engagement programs at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, workshops, and recreational activities
- Assess participant feedback and engagement metrics to refine programs and enhance participant experience
- Manage a team of activity coordinators and volunteers, providing direction, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand outreach and resource availability
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety regulations and organizational policies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in activities coordination or program management, preferably in a community-focused organization
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and executing large-scale events and initiatives
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and knowledge of safety protocols
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and best practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with budgeting and financial management related to program activities
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to evaluate program effectiveness
