Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will support the planning and execution of engaging activities that enhance the experience of our community members. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of a diverse range of activities and programs that cater to various interests and demographics.

- Engage with community members to gather feedback and ideas for future activities, ensuring that offerings align with their interests and needs.
- Maintain records of participation, feedback, and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to create marketing materials and promotional content for upcoming events.
- Facilitate virtual meetings and workshops, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all participants.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in event planning, community engagement, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual communication and event management.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a remote environment and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
- Understanding of community engagement principles and best practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and social media management tools.
