Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Real Estate Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate office. This role is essential in ensuring that the office runs smoothly, supporting our team of real estate agents, and enhancing the overall client experience by maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, communication, and administrative support for real estate agents

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a real estate or related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
- Experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of real estate processes and terminology
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software
- Leadership experience in managing a team or mentoring junior staff members
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in utilizing technology for office management, including scheduling tools and project management software
- Experience with real estate software platforms (e.g., MLS systems, transaction management tools)
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
