Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or property management is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Preferred:
- Experience working in a leasing office or property management firm
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and rental laws
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Basic understanding of leasing agreements and legal documents
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and manage tenant relationships
