Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of service within our real estate office. In this role, you will manage administrative functions, facilitate communication between agents and clients, and help streamline processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team and manage office supplies and inventory
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement office procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff and agents, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Prepare reports and analyze office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in real estate
- Strong understanding of real estate operations and industry standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate software (e.g., MLS systems, transaction management tools)
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and compliance
- Leadership experience in managing teams or projects
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems and office management software
- Knowledge of social media platforms for marketing and communication
