Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Junior Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic oncology team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and dosages in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in patient education, providing information on treatment processes and potential side effects
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field
- Current certification and licensure as a Radiation Therapist
- Basic understanding of radiation safety and treatment protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical environment or internship in radiation therapy
- Familiarity with treatment planning systems and electronic medical records
- Knowledge of oncology practices and patient management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment, including CT simulators and treatment planning software
- Basic knowledge of dosimetry and radiation physics
- Familiarity with patient management systems and electronic health records (EHR)
