Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapy Coordinator to oversee and enhance our speech therapy programs at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in speech therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Proven ability to develop and implement evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
Preferred:
- Experience with program development and quality assurance initiatives.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using assessment tools and therapy software relevant to speech therapy.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their application in speech therapy services.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques to evaluate therapy effectiveness.
