Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of communication disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
Preferred:
- Experience in telepractice or remote service delivery.
- Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using assessment tools and software for speech and language evaluation.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and tools to deliver effective remote services.
