Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
- Current state licensure and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing clinical protocols and treatment plans
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and innovative treatment strategies
- Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage complex cases
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
